Version 0.4-Alpha:

- added /warn command

-First warns a Player ingame then he get kicked the next 3 times and after the fifth time he will get banned. Just remove the UUID in the Config to unban him

- added an English help -> /ctos help

- added an unused Folder called: Userdata

- added a UUID-Storage section in the mein config.yml

- added permission: "ctos.warn" and "ctos.*"

Description:

What is ctOS?! - ctOS or Central Operating System controls the infrastructure of Chicago in the videogame Watch Dogs. Inspired by this idea I decided to code a plugin which has the same features as the ctOS in Watch Dogs and it is only limited to the Bukkit features. You can use it as a core plugin for your server or just as an Addon.

How to install:

1. Download the .jar File in your plugins directory
2. Start or reload the server
3. Configure the Messages
4. Reload and you're done! :D

Features:

Core:

• The ctOS BPlugin is cut into two different parts: the normal ctOS and the ctznOS. The ctznOS handels the actions which are pointed directly to the players and the ctOS will do all the backgroundstuff.
• Kick/Ban/Mute/Warn/etc. the players on your server.
• ctOS also includes a broadcaster with customizable prefix. For default it would say: [ctOS] <Message>.

Spy your users:

• Spy your users to see all of the mess a user could make.
• Get every message a player send just selecting him as a target.

Commands:

Command	Description
/ctOS	Opens the GERMAN ctOS-help menu
/ctOS cast <Message>	Broadcast a message with the predefined prefix
/ctOS help	Opend the ENGLISH ctOS-help menu
/ctOS warn <Player> <Reason>	Warns a User 1 time, kicks him 3 times and ban he finally

Permissions:

Permission	Description
ctOS.*	Grants you access to ALL features
ctOS.Blume	Gives you access to all /ctOS commands
ctOS.Plugins	Let you bypass the commandblock on /pl etc.
ctOS.warn	Gives you access to the /warn command
