Critter

Added naming of animals. This is done by right-clicking an animal you own with a written book. The title of the book is used as the animal name. The written book is automatically replaced by a book-and-quill so you don't have to keep crafting new books every time you want to name an animal.

New file critter_names.bin to store animal names.

New permissions node critter.name.ownername to give other players permission to name your animals.
