version 4.2.4 - Fixed gravel/sand placement, and added a config option to prevent gravel blocks from falling if the block under gets exploded.

If tnt is set to false, trap damage won't get replaced (waiting for a pull request to be accepted). Some wire doesn't get replaced (should be fixed in the next RB).
