Creeper Alert

Creeper Alert is a plugin that alerts a player when he/she has been targeted by a creeper. (Only if the player has the proper permissions of course.)
The way it alerts you is by sending a message to the player (Modifiable in the config), and playing a sound that is alerting (Pitch and volume are adjustable in the config).
It also alerts with a different message and seperatly adjustable sound. (See config)
You may adjust the distance at which the plugin deems close using the config.

Warn.Proximity - Distance the plugin considers close to the creeper.
Chat.Alert.Regular - The message you will recieve if a creeper targets you and is not within proximity.
Chat.Alert.Near - The message you will recieve if a creeper targets you and is within proximity.
Audio.Regular.Volume - The volume to play sound at if a creeper is not within proximity.
Audio.Regular.Pitch - The pitch of the sound if a creeper is not within proximity. (Lower is deeper and vice versa)
Audio.Near.Volume - The volume to play sound at if a creeper is within proximity.
Audio.Near.Pitch - The pitch of the sound if a creeper is within proximity.
