BUGS FIX :
- Worlds blacklisted in NoPhysics file don't work.
- Meter / Biome tool don't work when player is in sneak mode.
- Minor fixs.
FEATURES :
- NoPhysics file support '*' for set all blocks in no physic.
- NoPhysics file support "-MATERIAL" if you don't want no physic in a block when you use '*' or global physic.
- REDSTONE_COMPARATOR have now 4 data in hand. (00 - 01 - 10 - 11)
