CreativeLore automatically adds lore to every item created or picked up in Creative Mode, making it easy to trace an item’s history. When a player spawns or grabs an item from the creative inventory, it’s marked with a line like

Made by ThinkLink and each time it’s picked up again, another line is added: Picked up by ThinkLink
