- Added new zombie: Juggernaut

- Added new configuration option: players can now build, or not (false by default), let's check in configuration/player.yml

- Re-ajusted runners and athletes speed, which was OP

Don't forget to install CrackShot & Citizens, and to replace CrackShot's original configuration by mine

And don't forget the resource pack too, use /tpack in-game...
