Gifts adds the ability to craft gifts that can be fully configured in the config.

Bugfixes:
- Fixed exception on plugin disable, caused by a Spigot bug.
- Fixed custom tier being added three times instead of just once (oops).
- Added null check when handling crafting events to prevent exceptions in new versions of the Spigot API.
