/ Added '/arrowstorm' command to rain down hell!!
/ Added '/curse' command to weaken your enemies!!
* '/empower' command can now be used on other players
* '/empower' command now has a duration
* '/empower' structure changed: "/empower [DURATION] [PLAYER]"
* '/godify', '/legendify' and '/swagify' commands improved.
'/arrowstorm' may cause lag, avoid using in conjunction with Essential's '/powertool' command.
