Cookbook

• Added option to accept enchantments higher than level 5 (add "allow-high-enchants: true" on a line of its own in config.yml)
• Remove the "buckets" and "lava-buckets" fix options, as these are now a vanilla Minecraft feature

Setting the owner of a skull didn't work when I tried it
