Bugfixes:
- Armour colours specified as hex values are no longer interpreted as comments
- Fix some things being case sensitive that should not have been
- Allow specifying dye colours with <colour>_DYE for in-game dyes
The soup bowl fix and glass bottle fix won't work if run on Minecraft 1.4.5.
