ControlProduction

• Players' data are stored in YAML files in /player
• Messages can be edited through locale.yml
• The timer will not reset through reloads and shutdowns, but will be reset to the hour.
• More actions; drop, smelt, and pickup.
• Added commands with complementing permission nodes. See overview
• New permission to set a player in no group: controlproduction.nogroup (Added because ops had all unregistered permissions by default)
