Controller Blocks +, allows the player to create Control Blocks, when powered by Redstone will toggle blocks.
What's new
-Fixed the last bug with removing currents trying to remove contents from the wrong config.
This is a complete working version, the only difference between this and the final is that this does not have permissions, commands, or message config.
