ControlBans is a modern, fully asynchronous punishment system built for Paper, Folia, BungeeCord, and Velocity. Every feature is included out of the box. There is no premium edition, no locked commands, and no paywalled functionality.

ControlBans is designed to stay out of your server's way.
Every punishment, history lookup, and cache operation runs asynchronously using "CompletableFuture", keeping expensive work off the main thread. Caffeine caching reduces database queries, allowing frequent operations such as join checks, mute enforcement, and punishment lookups to complete quickly without repeatedly accessing storage.
Whether you are running a single server or a large network, ControlBans is built to scale.

All punishment commands support the "-s" silent flag. Players will not see punishment broadcasts, while staff with "controlbans.notify.silent" will still receive notifications.

Relational databases use HikariCP connection pooling for maximum performance. Expired punishments are automatically cleaned up on a configurable schedule.
🔁 Redis Synchronization
Perfect for multi server networks.
With Redis enabled, bans, mutes, unbans, and other punishment updates are synchronized instantly across every connected server using Pub/Sub. There is no polling and no waiting.
Supports both BungeeCord and Velocity.
