What's new
- Renamed BlockConsoleMessages to ConsoleFilter as I dont have access to the project on BukkitDev. As I´ve lost the source for the original plugin as well this is kind of a restart.
- Filtering will happen for plugins that got enabled later on.
- Console messages that got send by using custom loggers are not filtered. Cant really do anything about this when developers are not using their plugins dedicated default logger.
