ConnectNotify

First public production release. 06/04/2014 - Fixed: When setting a notification to the same player as the target ("/notify SomePlayer SomePlayer Some message meant to send to the player upon their own login") will actually work now, in the previous version it would still send the notification to the sender of the command, not the target.
