ConnectMe is a powerful multi-platform chat bridge that seamlessly connects Minecraft server chat with Telegram and Discord.   It provides real-time, bidirectional communication between all three platforms — keeping your players and community members connected, no matter where they are.

Every message format, bridge setting, and notification type is fully customizable through the intuitive config.yml file.   The plugin includes independent platform configuration, loop prevention, and detailed event notifications (joins, leaves, deaths, advancements, and more).
