This version of cncp only works with the latest versions of NCP (roughly 3.15.1).
Minecraft versions: Not sure ! E.g. old versions of mcMMO on older Minecraft versions might pose a problem, can't judge at present. If the latest mcMMO works on your version of Minecraft, then this should work too.
* Citizens2 should be supported by NCP directly (metadata based or NCP interface).
* MagicSpells compatibility (GitHub: TheComputerGeek2 ), recent versions of MagicSpells.
* Adapt to latest API changes within NCP.
* Removed leftover plugin enabling preset.
