A simple leightweight mod, that allows players to track other players using compasses.

Changes include:
- Added left click functionality. Left clicking now prints the distance between you and the target to the chat box.
- Removed bug when changing worlds
- Removed bug when target's leave the game
- Added permissions; comptrack.*, comptrack.track and comptrack.dist
