Fixes and Enhancements
- Removed conditions from the example panels that generate on plugin first use as they were dependant on PAPI Player Expansion
- Requirements not being met on panel open commands will no longer stop a panel from opening
- Floodgate panels now use parsed placeholders correctly instead of raw placeholders in output
- Floodgate dropdown will now filter out empty cases
- Refresh commands have been added to dialog panels
