A minor addition & code optimization.
 
[+] A way now to play sound DIRECTLY to a player when he/she leaves/enter the region. (instead of using the vanilla command "/playsound" that plays to the player & everybody nearby, there is now a new way to play to just one player. - Requested by [USER=288109]@Cry_Legende[/USER] 
 
Not sure about the sound names? Take a look at here! Don't worry, if you get the sound name wrongly, the plugin won't crash on you. It'll just give you a friendly prompt saying that the sound can't be played.

There aren't any changes you need to change in this update, however, if you want to integrate the new sounds feature, you have to add these to your current region configurations -
