What's new
re-added charging for chat and the plugin now will charge for ops on default, you can switch to previous behaviour with a configuration option.
two new config lines:
- select, if ops should be free of charge
NotChargingForOPs: false
- select, if chat should also be charged
ChargeForChat: false
if not already in your config, these default values will be selected!
