1. Added two new commands to the plugin (/coml purge and /coml backup)
2. Added two new permissions to the plugin coml.purge and coml.backup

coml purge = Deletes all logs in the folder of the plugin coml backup = Backs up all command logs into a .zip file and then if you have the permission coml.purge deletes the logs
