Fix most errors, and fix npcs on 1.8

Armor still doesn't synchronize with npcs.
Npcs spawn and are visible on 1.8.
Fix the class cast exception in ScoreboardManager.
Fix Could not pass event CombatLogEvent to CombatTagReloaded. (npe in TechPlayer)
Fix Stack Overflow Errors.
Fix Could not pass event PlayerMoveEvent to CombatTagReloaded. (guava incompatibility)

Player armor doesn't transfer to the NPC #10
