You need to re-setup your arenas (/cm setup) for the new wool generation.
- again, generation adjustments. Removes lime color again, but almost no chunks of the same color anymore now.
- adds colormatch.sign permission (along with cm.sign)
- adds some sound effects when starting
- alters player announcements
- fixes economy (updated Vault, now economy only works on 1.7 and above)
