Colors!

This was a total rewrite of Colors so while it should be mostly the same and work with the global config there may be some bugs (such as I doubt custom color codes will be properly transferred over because I wasn't able to test that) There are also no real permission messages though I will add those back in later if people want them. This uses the core bukkit api so it should work with older versions as well however this plugin has only been tested with 1.11.2.

* colors.viewcodes permission changed to colors.view

+ colors.* permission notation added

+ c alias for command

+ bStats metrics (basically the same as the other one but might work better)

+ Formatting commands added to the color help message (they look bad atm so they will be fixed in the next update)
