ColorChatFormat

/ccf (or /colorchatformat) - List of commands
/ccf reload - Reload config and database
/ccf addgroup - Add new format group
/ccf edit- Edit format group

ccfcmds.addgroup - Access to '/ccf addgroup' command
ccfcmds.reload- Access to '/ccf reload' command
ccfcmds.edit- Access to '/ccf edit' command
ccfcmds.*- Access to all commands
ccf.cmr - If user have this Permission, he can write to chat color codes, and it will be changed to color, or else color code will be showed at chat as is.
ccf.<groupname> - Use of  group <groupname> formating

1. Copy ColorChatFormat.jar into your plugin folder.
2. Give permission 'ccfcmds.addgroup'(or 'ccfcmds.*') to youself
3. Go to you server and type command '/ccf addgroup'
4. Follow instructions in chat
5. Have Fun

If you want to add Join message or Quit message to color group:
1. Give permission 'ccfcmds.edit'(or 'ccfcmds.*') to youself
2. Go to server and type command '/ccf edit'
3. Follow instructions in chat
4. Have Fun
