Add: ! Easy Filters !
Filters can Ignore Item Damage (configurable ingame)
Makes e.g. colored wool all go into one chest, ignoring color.

FIX: Some Nullpointers and CastExceptions
Add: Deletes Filters when Chest breaks Add: Deletes Connection when Chest breaks

Todo: Delete corrupted Connections from config,
yet only ignored.
