Simply use activate potions by command, can be used with command blocks and customisable timing and level

Fixed custom messages with more than one word.
The new way to do it is instead of spaces. You do an '_'. (Once you send the command, the plugon replaces the _'s with spaces). For example
/cmdpotion Speed 10 3 jamieis8 -m This_is_a_test
This is only a temp fix until i figure out how to fix it properly
