Just a small update today. Added the command
/cmdpotion remove all - This removes all the potion effects from every user online on the server
The new permission nodes added were
cmdpotion.remove.all
Or by using admin remove command
cmdpotion.remove.*
Also for the people asking for a way to disable remove messages, its already implemented you just need to delete your old config file and generate a new one
