CloudChest

This is a stable version of cloudchest. It doesn't have that many features, but will still work on your server.

Features in this version:

/cloudchest - for basic info

/cloudchest open - to open the public cloudchest

I know, It's not much, but it's a stable working version. I will add the private version of the cloudchest in the next update.

If people really like this plugin, I will try to do the signs in the next version too :) Oh, and about config files... If People donate a total of $20, I will do it as soon as I get $20, so you guys don't have to wait too long for it. That will be the hardest part of the plugin so it will take some time.

and permission? Well, I am having trouble with the permissions. If I register a permission in the plugin.yml, the server gives an error, and will not load the plugin *sadface*. So that will have to wait too, I guess?
