Clock digits

- no longer uses and requires SuperBukkit
- this also means that you can move items in your inventory while accesing clocks freely, as they are no longer packets.

- alarms currently don't support multiple worlds. If you have multiple worlds with environment normal, they will only work in one of them (if you don't use multiverse or simmilar plugin, don't worry about this one).
- alarms unfortunately aren't completely lag free, since they have to check if the world transitioned into day/night every 5 seconds (interval will be configurable once the config is added, until I found a workaround for this).
