- Citadel v2.4.4 compiled for Minecraft 1.5.2 (R3)

- Added new events, CreateReinforcementEvent and GroupChangeEvent

- Plants growing on reinforced soil are now protected with the soil's reinforcement.

- - Set reinforcedCrops to false to disable this new functionality if it isn't desired

- - Members of the reinforcement group can harvest crops without damaging the reinforcement or using /ctb
