Fixed: Converted the old permissions system to fit the new API better. This means permissions should be working better for servers using PermissionsBukkit compatible permission systems.
Change: Converted the .properties files to .yml equivalents (Settings will need to be re calibrated if updating from 2.0 or before)
Tweak: Cleaned up the code and removed some unnecessary functions
Fixed: Saplings and wood appearing in inventory as the wrong type after chopping.
