Chester-Herochat

• Added debug mode. Delete your current config or add "debugMessages: true" to the bottom of your current one to get the option. Remember to type "/chc reload" after any config changes.
  
• Added a second check of channels when Herochat fails to find one while attempting to match them to channel names set in config
  
• Make sure Herochat is loaded first on server startup.
