Initial release of ChestSorter

- Sneak + right-click on a chest sorts its contents
- Automatically merges identical items into full stacks
- Sorting logic by category:
  - Valuable items (diamonds, netherite, ingots, ores, etc.)
  - Tools and armor
  - Blocks
  - Other / miscellaneous items
- Within categories items are sorted by material name and stack size
- No commands required
- No configuration required
