- added new standard permission "customhitcommand.use" if you want to disable the usage of marked items for some players
- customhitcommand.update and customhitcommand.use is now added to customhitcommand.admin
- added ignore-cancelled-hits to the config so if set to true, the command will NOT be executed if the event was canceled
- tab completition now only shows the tab completition for commands you can use (Permission-Aware Tab-Completion)
