ChatParty is a plugin made for servers that are big or getting bigger. As your server gets bigger your chat may get messy and too many messages occur at the same time, but with ChatParty you can let the players turn off the chat or/and start their own chatparty.
FUNCTIONS
/chat off - Turn off the main chat but not possible party chat.
/chat on - Turn on main chat
/party add <playername> - Start a party with this command or add Another player.
/party leave - Leave the party, if the leader leaves the second first player becomes leader
