ChatMode
Players must have chatmode.activated in order to talk in chat.
This plugin was made to do a simple task, stop players from chatting when they are not allowed.
For instance, if you want people to read the rules and click a sign to get ranked up, when they try to talk they will be displayed the message of your choice in red, letting them know what you want them to do.
