Initial release, shown to be working fine on a server with essentials + essentials-chat. Marked as beta since i can't test a minecraft server without those 2 plugins installed since i can't type or copy and paste the § character into the chat box.
Should probably utilise a permissions node for saying who can type that formatting sequence, everyone else is denied. Will leave that up to people who choose to use this plugin to suggest as a possible feature.
