ChatController: A plugin that make's your chat nicer!

Permissions:

ccl.* : Gives all permissions ccl.main : Gives permission to the base command /ccl ccl.clear : Gives permission to clear that.

Adding more commands for more chat control (mute all etc.) Adding auto capitalization and a . on the end Checking for bad words Make use of a config
