This plugin works as expected. allows players to have their own Chat Channel and even customize their channel with colour and titles.

Please note: /cc is the main command

/cc help <command>	gives a list of all commands and gives more information of each command
/cc join ChannelName <password>	join a channel
/cc leave	Leave the current channel
/cc create ChannelName	Creates a new channel
/cc list	list all public and private channels
/cc remove ChannelName	removes Channel
/cc invite PlayerName	Invite a player to your current channel
/cc disinvite PlayerName	disinvite the player of your current channel
/cc invitelist	list who is invited but have not yet joined
/cc invitelist clear
/cc listplayers <page>	list all players (online and offline) in your channel
/cc ban PlayerName	Prevent a player for joining your channel
/cc mute PlayerName	mutes a player from your channel
/cc unban PlayerName	unbanned a player but may still require an invite
/cc unmute PlayerName	unmutes a player from your channel
/cc banlist [ChannelName]	view banlist of the channel
/cc mutelist [ChannelName]	view mutelist of the channel
/cc promote playername [Member,Moderator,Admin,CoOwner]
/cc Demote playername [Guest,Member,Moderator,Admin]
/cc giveownership
/cc kick Playername	Kicks a player from the channel but he can still rejoin
/cc kickall
/cc setpassword passsword password
/cc ChangePassword oldpassworld newpassword
/cc RemovePassword
