You can choose if the chat blockage should be announced or occur secretly.
Commands
/blockchat [silent] - Nobody without talkpower can send chat messages!
/unblockchat - Unblock the chat again.

Difference between /blockchat and /blockchat silent

Usage scenarios
Scenario 1:
You record a film and nobody except the actors should talk
- Give all actors the permission "chatblocker.talkpower" so they can talk while the chat is blocked
- Run /blockchat
Scenario 2:
Some players are violating your chat rules. You don't want the others to keep spamming while you ban them one by one.
- Run /blockchat silent
- Ban these guys one by one
- Run /unblockchat
