Permissions:

• chatrooms.*: Gives access to all Chat Room commands and abilities
• chatrooms.create: Gives access to create Chat Rooms
• chatrooms.remove: Gives access to remove Chat Rooms
• chatrooms.reload: Gives access to reload Chat Rooms
• chatrooms.list: Gives access to list Chat Rooms
• chatrooms.help: Gives access to get help for Chat Rooms
• chatrooms.nojoin: Denies access to join a Chat Room
