Hello There!
Some of you may have noticed Chat Manager Lite. That is a tuned down version of this plugin (Even though the other one was released first :P)
With this plugin you can do somethings not normally available easily.
- Clear chat.
- Toggle chat.
- Have Multiple Channels (Only Global, World, Staff, and None at the moment, this will be improved on later).
- Mute players (With style).
- Switch players between chat channels.

Permissions:
- Clear chat: chatmanager.clear
- Toggle chat: chatmanager.toggle
- Switch Other Players: chatmanager.switch
- Mute/Unmute Players: chatmanager.mute
Tips:
- Check out the config, it has some pretty cool stuff like turning off multi channel chat, or changing the prefixes.
- Players automatically join world chat, in the next update you will be able to change that in the config.
