[FIX] So, chat was being locked when it said it was being unlocked... When the chat was locked, it broadcasted it was unlocked. When it was unlocked, it broadcasted it was locked. Oops..

[CLEAN UP] Cleaned up Configgets class

[UPDATED] to 1.9, does not support 1.9.X or below 1.8. If you want any other MC server version added please do let me know :D!
