Chat Alerter allows you to configure your own keywords, and when they show up in the chat an audible alert be played. These keywords are completely separate for each player, so if you want to be alerted when your name is said in the chat, you can!
This version should continue to work with all future versions of Bukkit, if you find a bug let me know
Example uses
- GRIEF!!! - As an admin you could set it up to alert you when 'grief' is said in the chat. That way you could have Minecraft open in the background but still be ready to jump in when you are needed.
- Too many messages - If the chat is flying by on a topic you haven't a care for, you could set up an alert with simply your name as the keyword, then when someone wants to talk to you, you can be aware without staring at the chat all the time.
Commands
- /ca add <Alert> - Adds a keyword so you can be alerted when it shows up in the chat.
- /ca remove <Alert> - Removes a keyword so you will no longer be alerted of it's presence in the chat
- /ca list - Lists all your currently saved keywords.
Permissions
- ChatAlerter.use - Allows you to save keywords, and be alerted of them.
