MAJOR UPDATE
- Added support for multiple worlds
- Added config with some cool settings
- added /gm settings <multiworld|adventuremode> <true|false> (to edit config while in game)
- cleaned up a lot of the code and rewrote plugin
- Signs support multiple worlds as well

Don't use "/gm settings" yet, it does not work in this version
