- Fixed falling through the world problem.
- Fixed bug where the dynamic motd said nobody was in line for short lease durations.
- Made the lease time reported to the user more human friendly (now with minutes instead of decimal hours!)
- Reworked the dynamic difficulty feature so monsters are not too difficult to find early in the lease.
