New:
  1. Destroying camera disconnect players in camera.
  2. You can't chat when in camera (can be change in config)
  3. You can change the computer block.
  4. CCTV debug is now returned as a official command (by request)
  5. 1.13 Support now.
  6. Camera's and data will now be auto saved every 5 minuts
  7. By exiting adding players now get a message.
Debug:
  1. Fixt error's on interact event
  2. Language file bug camera_id, group_id & computer_id
  3. 1.10 & 1.11 crafting bugg has to do with Observers not in 1.10 (new crafting recipe for 4.1+)
  4. /cctv computer setowner change input because of wrong tab adding.
